Yes! All the application forms at are approved by respective colleges. Applying through Brainybatch is same as applying using the college's forms. You don't have to fill up a separate form or give any application fee to the college.

Simple! Select the colleges you want to apply to, fill the common application form & make the payment for colleges you are applying to. Your common application forms will be sent to colleges immediately & you will receive alerts from colleges once the payment is approved by the respective bank.

Colleges will take action on your application. This can be viewing your application, calling you for entrance test, Group Discussion (GD) or Personal Interview (PI), giving admission to you or rejecting your applications. Some colleges may choose to call you up and ask you to visit the campus for further formalities. All the best!

You can view all the admission related information to make a better decision. The college page contains details on the list of courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, placement details, salary information, contact details, pictures & videos about the college and so on.

No. you can browse through the college details without joining. You can choose to join once you find right colleges in our site.

If a college has multiple course specializations within a particular course program, then once you submit an application, you will be asked to select your course preference for that college program. Colleges will see your preference & admission will be considered for courses in the order of the preference you choose.

Yes. You need to be logged in to our site to fill the application form.

Joining Brainybatch would create a profile for you. Using this profile, you can save your application data, so that you don't have to fill the form again. You can view transaction details & status of applications submitted so far. You can also track application status as well as set up alerts, send & receive messages from colleges.

You would need Name, E-mail, Mobile number, password & location to join our site. You can also join us using your Facebook account & Google ID to save the hassle of remembering a new password.

No. We don't post anything on your social profile. We respect your privacy.

You can reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link in the login/registration page. You will be asked for your joined Email Id. If your Email id is valid, then we will send you the link to reset your password on the same e-mail id.

No. You do not have to upload any documents except your photo. Kindly carry the original certificates & a set of photocopy of all certificates when visiting the college for further admission processes.

No! When you submit your first application, we save your details. If you want to apply to more colleges again, then your details will be preloaded in the application form. You can modify details if needed and complete your second application in 2 minutes.

This may happen due to technical failure at the Bank or Payment Gateway's end. Do not worry as payment on is safe and secure. Your money will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days automatically in such situations. If you are facing any issue with the refund, then just drop an email to mentioning your details (e-mail Id, mobile number) or call our customer care team.

Absolutely safe! The payment gateway is 100 % secure & 256 bit SSL certified. Also, all the online payment is PCI complaint, so your data is absolutely safe.

You can check the status of your payment on your Brainybatch dashboard or Email. In case your payment didnt process, you may have to pay the application fee again to submit the form. Rest assured you dont have to fill the form again. Your form details are saved and will be pre-filled once you login.

Yes! Once your payment is completed, you will be able take a print out or download the receipt. You can do the same at the Thank You page or in your Dashboard later. A receipt will be sent to your e-mail Id as well.

Yes. Once your payment is successful, you will be directed to a page with information about your transaction. You will be able to see colleges that you have applied to, course preferences you have selected & take the download of individual applications for each college. This will serve as an official acknowledgment from the college side. You should carry the print out of the acknowledgement copy when you visit the college.

This is because some part of your application is not complete. Below are three possible reasons for the same:

  1. Your photo is not uploaded,
  2. Your payment is not completed,
  3. You have not selected the course preference for the college.

If any of the above steps is pending, then complete the same. Once done, your application completion will reach 100%.

The application completion will be updated soon. Refresh your page or visit the Dashboard to find the updated status. You can also call our helpline or email us at, if you need any help.

Colleges will respond to your application as per the admission calendar. Some colleges will respond immediately, whereas some colleges will respond after the last date of the application. If you have not received any response from the college, then call up the college directly & check your details. The contact person for every application will be mentioned on your account dashboard against the application form for that college. You will also receive alerts (Email or SMS) when college takes an action on your application.

No. Once your application is sent to college, you will not be able to cancel the application form. Also the money paid will not be refunded.
